Our team successfully executed a comprehensive infrastructure installation project for an Amazon Data Center. The scope of work encompassed key critical systems required for a secure, efficient, and reliable data center environment. Below is a breakdown of the main components of the project:

Wiring Installation
We carried out complete electrical and data wiring across the facility, ensuring high standards of safety, load capacity, and redundancy. All wiring was organized and labeled in accordance with industry best practices and Amazon’s stringent specifications.
Busbar System Installation
High-capacity busbar systems were installed to ensure efficient power distribution. We implemented modular, low-loss busbar trunking systems capable of handling high current loads, providing reliable power pathways with minimal energy loss.
Switchgear Dressing and Setup
Switchgear systems were dressed and installed with precision. This included the proper routing of internal cabling, termination, and secure mounting of protective devices to allow safe switching and fault protection of electrical circuits.
Cable Tray Installation
Structural cable management systems were installed throughout the facility. Trays were mounted securely, allowing for future expansion and maintenance access while ensuring cable segregation for power and data lines.
CCTV Camera System
A complete surveillance system was installed, including high-resolution cameras positioned to cover all critical areas. The setup included mounting, wiring, and configuring the systems for continuous monitoring and recording.
Alarm and Intrusion Detection Systems
Security systems were integrated, including access control and intrusion alarms. Sensors and alarms were strategically positioned and connected to a centralized monitoring system for rapid response capabilities.
Fire Prevention System
Fire detection and suppression systems were installed in accordance with data center fire safety standards. This included smoke detectors, gas-based suppression systems (e.g., FM200 or NOVEC 1230), and integration with the facility’s building management system (BMS).
Structural Installations
All necessary support structures were installed to house and support cable trays, electrical panels, fire systems, and surveillance equipment. This included fabrication, mounting, and anchoring to ensure durability and seismic compliance.
